Brendan Kiley
Brendan Kiley brings more than 20 years of experience across digital infrastructure, energy, and commercial real estate, with a focus on powered land development, onsite power generation, and energy strategy. He advises clients on the intersection of digital infrastructure and power, including utility coordination, power generation solutions, and large-scale development execution. Prior to co-founding New Vernon Digital, Mr. Kiley held leadership positions with IO Data Centers, Savills Critical Facilities Group, and CohnReznick Real Estate.
Devin Robinson
Devin Robinson is a real estate and private equity professional with a background in investment, finance, strategy, and the capital markets. He has held roles at Colony Capital, Convene, and Dixon Advisory (US Masters Residential Property Fund). Mr. Robinson, a CPA, began his career at Deloitte, focusing on banking, securities, and real estate.
Michael Petillo
Mike Petillo founded Petillo Inc., and grew it to one of the largest union site contractors in the Northeast, handling $300M+ in annual construction. He sold the company to Sterling Infrastructure (Nasdaq: STRL) in 2021. Mr. Petillo provides leadership, construction, and site work expertise throughout NVE’s investment and development process.
Michael Mackessy
Mike Mackessy has 25+ years of Wall Street experience with Salomon Smith Barney, Citi, and Intercontinental Exchange, specializing in fixed income, capital markets, and complex deal structuring. Additionally, he has more than 15 years of experience in real estate investment and development, across commercial, residential, and industrial assets.
Adam Zellner
Adam Zellner is the President and Founder of Greener by Design, specializing in energy and resiliency projects. Previously, he served as Policy Director for the State of New Jersey and Deputy Commissioner of the NJ DEP. Mr. Zellner is also an adjunct professor at Rutgers University and a recognized expert in energy and sustainability policy.
